Nicole practices labour, employment and human rights law.  While studying at Osgoode Hall Law School Nicole was involved in a variety of social justice advocacy, including practicing poverty law at a clinic and volunteering with migrant and workers rights groups.

Nicole articled and worked at a leading labour firm in Toronto practicing labour, pension, pay equity, civil and employment law. Prior to joining AQR, Nicole was in-house counsel at the Service Employees International Union where she was heavily involved in the Justice for Janitors campaign, in addition to representing the union before the Labour Board, Human Rights Tribunal, Workers Compensation Board and in labour arbitrations.
